Kane and Lynch Dead Men is an action shooter for Windows. The game is interesting but does not really make a good impression after a bit. The story is rather simple. You are a sort of mafia man and are sent to prison. On one of your missions, you apparently stole some valuables that belong to the mafia and they want them back so they take your family hostage until you give them back. Then, you magically escape from prison and meet another man (who is working for the mob). From there on, you take control of your players. This game is fun in that it is mainly co-op. Every thing you do, you will have to do with your friend's help. You can do it alone, but it will be harder. The graphics are really nice and the gunfights seem realistic and gruesome. The aiming and shooting mechanism wasn't the best I tried. Everything seemed too artificial, like I wasn't really shooting but directing bullets towards them. It felt unreal, not like Call of Duty, if you will. The most fun this game can offer comes from multiplayer action, which is really fast-paced and explosive. |
